It seems to me that you use Win95/98, and during log off you
accidently click "Load in DOS mode" (?). So you change all
configuration files: autoexec.bat, config.sys, msdos.sys,....
The only way to load Windows is to change these files to the Win state!
SUMMARY: Before going to the DOS mode, please backup the system config
files beforehand!
