Sometimes the operating system gets it wrong. If you are using Matrox
drivers go into Display Settings >>> Advanced >>> Monitor Settings >>>
Adjust the current display mode. Then change the refresh rate for that
Display. When you are finished, save the custom setup so you can reload it.
