I know my ABIT mobo's have an option in the BIOS (AWARD) for something like
"Power on after Power Fail", and it is listed under the "INTEGRATED
PERIPHERALS" section of my BIOS. You may want to check that setting. There is
also a " Power on Function" listed in the same BIOS section, which you may
wish to look at if it is available with your BIOS.
