Hi I am sort of new to Windows 2000 and I was wondering if someone could help me out. My video card, sound card, network card, and USB all are using IRQ 11!! I didn't realise this until someone talked about the mad mouse disease, which I have, so I checked out my system information. But when I go into device manager and look at the resources of any of the hardware the "Use automatic settings" is checked and grayed. So how can I change the IRQ that windows is using? I tried changing the IRQ in the BIOS, but that didn't change it in windows. And I tried going into safe mode, but it was still grayed out. And since it is two different cards and the USB, I'm not sure if changing slots will help.
