    12.  Pillocks who need to ask what is `wrong' with us based on a
         five minute acquaintance
    13.  Little old ladies who pat us on the shoulder (that's how they
         get the chip there - like in spy movies - they're bugging us...)
    14.  `Professionals' in the disability services industry who are
         employed to `help' us find employment and who can't understand why we
         (alright me) don't want to do work experience in a workplace
         where the only access to the staff area is upstairs with no lift
