In addition to our regular Wednesday sandwich seminar, we will have a
special seminar at noon on Thursday (206 Ingraham) presented by Leo
Villalon, a political scientist at the University of Kansas. He works
mainly on Senegal, where he spent the 1999-2000 academic year. He will be
speaking on "Senegal in the Aftermath of the March 2000 Elections.
