This is so true.

People must learn to ALWAYS read labels. Manufacturers may change ingredients
at any time, and to UPDATE a list after knowing about the change TAKES TIME.

People must take responsibility for themselves and NOT RELY on lists to
always be 100 per cent accurate. As the previous post stated "Trader Joe's
Gluten Free List is just a guide." The same should be true for any other
gluten free list.
