I will be in Texas for most of the month of  June.  This will be my
first trip there since being diagnosed last year.   I will be staying
most of it in a small town between Waco and Temple.  I know that local
food stores include Albertson's and H.E.B.  Can anyone help with places
to shop or restaurants that are easy to work with.  All replies will be
appreciated.  I would be more than happy to summarize.  Thanks and have
