I order Dr. Schar's Grissini...breadsticks from Miss Roben's and have been
reassured they are gluten-free.

But...when I was on the Glutino website to order their bagels, I saw another
brand of Grissini...breadsticks, and in the product description, it said,
"not 100% gluten-free." Anyone have the scoop on this?

I'm suspicious only because it just seems unlikely that there are two
bakeries in Italy producing our specialty breadsticks....just as the pretzels
we get from Israel, that are listed under different labels are from one
location, or at least that's what I've been told.

Does anyone know why the Glutino product isn't gluten-free or if it's the
same as Dr. Schars?

Thanks. Lin
