Dear listmates -

Some time ago, a list member who lives about 7 miles from me
emailed that his daughter is Celiac and allergic to rice, too.

I didn't save the message.  I was just looking at Kinnikinnick's
web site and noticed a rice-free bread made from pea starch.

So, if you can't have rice, that's a possibility.
