well the ones in my big toes have frozen the joint along with the arthritus
it can really give me some pain. the oetho i had then said he'd do surgery
to "flush out the joint." it helped some, but the joint has gotten wores
again in the few years since he did it. he said the surgery he really needed
to do, though, would require totally keeping "all" weight off it and he was
afraid that i can't use crutches well enough to get to the toliet, etc and
still put absolutly no weight on it. what with the back, sholders elbows and
hands being so messed up.
and we don't want me to be just bedridden for two months.

Same weather here, Ken. It's a good day for whining! I ate carpet this
morning, although I did have a crate of Laura's (can you say Imelda Marcos?
I know you could!) shoes to break my fall. Scraped my back on the door
frame on the way down. At least there's good, fresh meat exposed now--much
quicker and more effective than a "loofa". You going to get an orthopedist
or podiatrist to whack the spurs? I hear the surgery hurts like nobody's
business, but it's worth it (so they say). Hope you feel better soon, if
nothing else than to give over with the jokes. I've gotten great mileage
out of the toilet paper fax.

Peace. Out.

well, the good news is that bone spurs are not in my ancles as they are in
my toes and other parts of my feet. the bad news is that it is arthritus
that is hurting them. sorta reminds me of a few jokes, but, i don't really
feel like telling them. it is rainy and overcast here. always a
picker-upper.
