Been in D.C. too many times to count.  I'd like to "ditto" what Bobby said
re: money in your breast pocket--especially if you use the "Metro"
(Washington's "Tube").  A lot of wacko's like to antagonize the folks in the
queues.  Once you are on the trains, though, they are clean, efficient and
fast.
