Subject: Magnesium

Hi Mag,

2,000 mg of magnesium seems high, Mag. Do you have the IBS associated with
the
fibro? I take 800mg of mag daily; 400 morning and evening. No spasms! And
... it
helps control the arrhthymia associated with the aortic insufficiency. If
I'm
having chest pain during the day, I take 200mg before my aft nap :) Helps
promote
good sleep. So there, too! :)

Cheers!
