Hi Jed, there several ways to tackle this problem. If you can afford it and
want the extra benefit of getting your power and swr in morse code audibly
there is the RF Applications p-2000 cw power/ swr meter with an audible
tuning aid built in. The next best thing I've found is the palemar tuner
tuner. It is also installed just behind the rig and all tuner adjustments
are done by switching the unit on and adjusting for a null or no noise for
lowest swr. There are also audible tuning aids from Handi Hams if they still
make them. Hope this helps. 73

Any suggestions on using a manual tuner.  Obviously for most of us, it is
an issue.
