You are right in not expecting much from Tombong. The guy is a lost case.
Can you imagine what Tombong will do if he were to be fired by Jammeh. The
man has got to preseve himself and you can be rest assured that he wil do
anything, I mean anything to ensure that he stays in there. You will almost
feel pity when you see Tombong licking the you know what of the likes of
James Kujabi and Ablie Kujabi, you really feel sorry that the man can be
reduced to that bundle of rubbish. The guy has completely compromised
himself and has no pride left. It is sad. I remember the other day when he
wanted to advertise his Mobile Heaven shop. You guessed right, he thought
the only person right for the advert on television is the sister in law of
James Kujabi. The guy is pathetic.
This is a guy who tells his staff to make sure that they moderately report
anything on the opposition especially stories on UDP less they incur the
wrath of Jammeh. I remember the other time in the State house i looked at
him, together with "user" Tarek Musa and "jasid" Amadou Samba laughing at
the humorless and ridiculous jokes of James Kujabiand brothers. What crowned
it all was when Amadou Samba - a lawyer, a supposedly intelligent man
uttered that Yaya Jammeh has some spirtual powers and is able to know what
goes on anywhere. He said ' waaji du nit etc...' Believe me there is so much
hypocrisy, lies, crookery, and what have you going on and it seems everyone
needs to play the game to survive the regime incuding our dear Mr. Peace
Tombong Saidy.
