Depending on what firewall you are using, you might be able tonconfigure it
to let you do that on the QRZ site, I use zonealarm and I know there is a
way with that or you can temporarily disable your firewall for a few minutes
while you update that info if it is a software firewall, besides that I
don't know what you can do. Send them an email and let them know what is
going on.
