Hi Walt,

So you sit back and let someone bleed to death because of some rules made
by bloated bureaucrats sitting in comfortable chairs in some Washington D.
C. air conditioned office bu9ilding.  I bet that that bloated bureaucrat
would quote you those rules with a smile on his face.  In that instance, to
heck with my license!  I have to live with myself at the end of the day.
