I think so to.  It has just been that some instructors don't think it is
possible, but they can't tell me I can't sign up for the course.  What I
really want to do is generalize the material on my General Radio Operator
License exam, especially Element III which covers a little bit of
everything.  Element I has some electronics, but it is more procedural for
marine operations.
