Hi all,

Just testing my knowledge here...

My understanding is that wild game is better than farm meat.

Also that organ meats (heart, kidneys, liver) are better than muscle meat.

I am eating more Kangaroo these days, but it is muscle meat. ("steaks")

Would it be fair to say that organ meats from wild game (Kangaroo) would be the "best" meat available to me from a paleo perspective?

Should I, (if possible) replace all muscle meat with organ meats in my diet?

Jim.
