Hi

Today my DD has had many small, floating BMs that appear to be slightly
"frothy".  As far as I know we're gf, though she did get a small bite of
wheat bread early in the week so it's unlikely (I think) to be celiac.
She's gf and cf because of autism.  Is there anything else that could
cause floating BMs?
