Hi, list:
Do you have first- or second-degree relatives who should be tested but just aren't getting around to it? Encourage them to come to the First Annual Walk/Run for Celiac Disease May 4, 2002 in La Jolla, California. The 1k and 5k walk/runs will be along the spectacular La Jolla coastline, and we're offering free testing to the first 200 people to sign up (we thought we would be issuing coupons for the testing, but we've decided to do it onsite at the finish line).
Bette Hagman, author of the many "Gluten-Free Gourmet" cookbooks, will be here as our celebrity guest of honor!
For those of you who would like to support our event but can't participate, we will gratefully accept donations, and even have room left for sponsors. For entry or donation forms, go to www.a-thon.com or call me at (858) 395-5421.
Hope to see you here!
Danna Korn
