I've been gluten free for a month now since being diagnosed with CD.
Overall giving up gluten hasn't been too hard, since I was never a bread
eater.  However, we're going to be celebrating my birthday soon.  I've
always had an angel food cake on my birthday -- to me it's the most
wonderful food on earth.  Can anyone recommend a really good, realistic-
tasting GF angel food cake recipe or mix?  I really don't want to have
to use trial by error in this case.
