My understanding is that spelt is an ancestral form of wheat, and I avoid
it.

However, lately I've seen it in several 'health food' stores in the
'wheat-free' or 'gluten-free' sections.

Can anyone point me to published results of gluten-free testing of spelt?

If spelt is not GF, is there any published reference to which I could
refer someone in order to convince them that such a labeling is not
accurate?

Thanks.

David
