Its called Talking Typer from APH. It has speech synthesis and screen magnification built in to it. Its a good program and very inexpensive.

I don't remember the name of it, but the American Printing House f/t Blind
had a typing tutor program. Wether it is designed to work with screen
readers, screen magnifiers, or has built-in self voicing and screen
enlargement, I don't really know but it may be worth checkingout.
