An educational one day event organized by volunteers of the
San Francisco Bay Area Celiac Support Groups

-Expert speakers on long term maintenance for celiacs, latest research on
celiac disease (including ongoing research at Stanford, speaker Chaitan
Khlosla), dermatitis herpetiformis,dietary guidelines and nutritional needs,
cooking and baking, celiac websites

- Special sessions and activities for children ages 6-up and their parents

- Free blood testing for celiac disease and for celiac research

- Bone density testing (limited to 24 - a few spaces remain)

- Glute
n free continental breakfast and lunch

- Gluten free food vendors

Conference fee of $45 per adult, $10 per child.
