I have been using Eudora for a number of years.  I decided to finally take
the plunge and begin to use Outlook express with most of the rest of the
world.

The only place where I am having significant problems is with the rules,
where one creates filters.

I have no difficulty with
criteria list: where the to line contains people  which I check.
action list: where I check the first choice: move it to the specified folder.
The next item, rule description is where I down arrow once and press
enter.  Here it states where the to line contains people.  I have attempted
to type in e-mail address etc. but whatever I type in here is not
correct.  I have no problem with the remainder of the rule, just with this
one area.  any help will be appreciated.
