Hi List,

I wrote Santa Barbra Salsa and received a response. I forgot about the
distilled vinegar issue, but they didn't.

I have no interest in this company, nor am I promoting their product. I am
simply passing information:

You can use any of our Santa Barbara Salsa products except Salsa Verde
and the Cheese & Salsa (both have a bit of distilled vinegar).  Our other
products (if they use vinegar at all) contain either apple cider vinegar or
red wine vinegar, and no other gluten-based ingredients.
