Hi! Thanks for all of your quick responses. Here is a brief summary.
Most said that Jelly Belly was for sure GF.
1. Jelly Belly are GF -- check out their website for more information under
the
"Fun Q & A," #9. I do not have any monetary interest in Jelly Belly
although the way I eat them perhaps I should! ;> They are really really
good -- and I was not a jelly bean lover before trying them but the fact
that I couldn't readily find a licorice that I could eat (that was GF) made
them appealing since licorice is one of their many flavors -- and one that
can usually be found in bulk.

3.JELLY BELLYs are!!! I called them a year ago, v. nice people,
said every single flavor is okay and they use only corn-based
ingredients and flavorings. They've also helped me fill another
void: licorice. Their licorice beans are just great.
