The following Wilton products are o.k. according to their recent e-mail
to me: Our Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant and Cake Release are gluten-
free. (Cake Release is a great product that is akin to buttering and
flouring a pan so the cake comes out easily. The Fondant is a soft sugar
paste that can be colored & rolled out to cover a cake for a smooth,
professional look- it's not as sticky as marzipan. -I've got no stake in
