 This time of year I begin to research Christmas cookies.....found 3 at
a wonderful source... go to WWW.EPICURIOUS.COM do a search for PISTACHIO
COOKIE  and  ALMOND COOKIE The pisatchio and one of the almonds is
FLOURLESS and the other call for 2 T of cake flour, which as Julia Child
points out, you can sub. 2T cornstarch.

Haven't tried these yet, but they look GOOD!!
