If you are, what do you put on your potatoes/rice/etc in place of
butter/margarine. I've been to two stores (three by this friday night)
looking for a margarine like product that is soy AND milk free. I found
one, chefsmaster, which lists 'soya' on it, but which is reacting in me
as if it were soy. So, now i don't know what to put on my airpopped
popcorn, my potatoes, my rice in place of it
ANY help appreciated.
