I have not been able to back up to a CDR using W2k Pro's utility.
When you execute the application, the option for CDR(W) is not there.
It is very misleading to call it a backup when you backup to its own hdd,
but I guess that is better than nothing.

What i have had to use is an 3rd party soft, like Drive Image 4 or Norton
Ghost 6.5 to back up to cdr.
There are also free utilities you can use that will do so as well, one
popular one is xxcopy. Search google and you will be able to get that
program. It is dos based as well.
