NTLDR=NTLoader.  It is one of the earliest files which all of the
various Windows NT versions try to load during the boot process.
You didn't tell us what operating system you're using, and how you
tried to migrate, but it sounds as if the boot sector on your new
drive comes from an NT system, you are running some other OS,
and you tried to migrate without changing it.
