Hi list-My friend tells me his computer is locking up and giving him an "out
of range" error on his monitor, then takes him to a color display screen and
asks him if his settings are correct. It's been doing this for "several"
months, and he hasnt ever changed anything as far as the display settings. He
has a Compaq Presario 7360 and is running Windows 98.I know I saw something
in here previously about this error, but cant find it now.Any knowledge as to
why he's getting this error and how it can be corrected would be greatly
appreciated.Thanks in advance-Gail
