The Via website is www.viatech.com. Did your motherboard come with a CD?
If so, there should be an appropriate driver on it. You may have to do
some poking around to find it, though. In either case, be sure to get
the driver appropriate to your version of Windows.

I've set the bios to enable onboard sound and Windows tries to detect it thru the wizard (called PCI multimedia device) but can't find a driver for it. I don't know the VIA website url. The manual says I don't need to have a seperate sound card if I enable the onboard chip. Where can I find a driver for this chip or does anyone else have any suggestions regarding my problem. Any answers will be much appreciated..Thanks Ed Bogert
