system resources is a fix amount of 64K (for win9x), also, win9x (include
Me) has problem with more than 512m of ram, machine with 512 or more RAM
will need to limit memory usage to 512Mb, otherwise win9x won't function
properly.

My $0.02, 384Mb of RAM is overkill for win9x, anything more than 512 is
total waste. If anyone is planning to use large amount of RAM, win2k/Linux
should be the answer.

win2k should be a better platform for video editing (no 2G file size limit
as win9x does).
