Please forgive me if I have got the details of your problem incorrect, but
surely if the bad power supplies/motherboards caused the damage to the
processors, then you should be making a claim against the supplier of those
power supplies/motherboards. I would certainly not be expecting AMD to
furnish replacements as they are in no way responsible for the failure of
the processors.
