memory timing

Hi listers,

I have such modules:

128Mb 133 MHz
128Mb 133 MHz
128Mb 100 MHz
128Mb 100 MHz

They work unstable altogether (the first couple 133 MHz works fine)
even on BUS 100 MHz (I often see "blue screen of death").
I still want to try use 512 MB memory (since I already have it).
Can some memory timing adjustments in BIOS help?
What is your recommendations? What these numbers mean?
