Hello:

more info...

I removed the battery again then replaced it...

Win98 booted to the flash screen and then went to a black screen stating

"while initializing device MSMINI
Windows protection errror.  You must restart your computer"

So I did and got WIN98 flassh screren agsain, then the choice of start up
option...this itme I scelcted   "1. Normal "   and the same message
appeared:

"while initializing device MSMINI
Windows protection errror.  You must restart your computer"

What does that mean? and where do I go from here?
