Their is no problem with copyright protectection since a change in U.S.
Law, I think it was in 1996.  Material can be copied for people who can't
access the origional material by organizations who do this type of activity
as a part of their normal service.  The material can't off course be sold
or made available to persons who can read the origional stuff.
