Hi Judy:
Did a little research on this. Assuming you're using windows XP service pack
2 (and I'm using JAWS 6.1), its tricky, but can be done.
Here's how:
1. Hit the "start menu" button and go to settings.
2. Go to "printers and faxes; hit enter.
3. Highlight the printer whose (or whiches) cue you want to clear; hit
enter.
4. Here's the tricky part. You need to use your screen-reading curser to
locate "printer menu bar". (Actually, when I reviewed it by character, it
only says "printer", the "menu bar" vocalization was added by JAWS.) In any
case, Click that selection.
5. Now you can up and down arrow until you find "cancel all documents"; hit
enter.
HTH!
John
