Make a list of things that you are interested in or always wanted to try:
Bowling, pottery, wood-working, playing the banjo, writing poetry, etc.
And then, start attending classes or buy equipment or take lessons.
I do not know about adapted games or qudio computer games so I suggest
that you take up a serious activity that will require practice and
discipline, and with which you can progress and enjoy the process. Is this
a blind issue or a retirement issue for you? If it is the latter, try
contacting senior citizens groups as well.
Good luck.
