I gave up on Earthlink software but not the service. Keyboard
commandssimply were not available. What am I using? Lunar Plus 5.10. I'm
running I.E. 6 and Outlook Express configured by hand on a Win 98 SE-based
Dell laptop.

One thing that could be amiss is the use of Earthlink's own software.
I've heard of people having problems, uninstalling the Earthlink
software, then everything works no problem.

My friend Kathy Scherschel, is totally blind. She has a custom built
computer built for her by Accessibility in San Francisco. She has
Earthlink
as her isp. She can't seem to get on the internet. Does anybody have
any
suggestions for her. Email her at [log in to unmask]

Thanks in advance. Margaret Hardy.
