I would like to invite the members of VICUG-L to add their special level of
expertise in technology to this week's eSight Careers Network's instantly
successful forum, Blindstorming! Here's this week's topic, based on
responses to an earlier one on what the greatest causes of blind
unemployment are.

How can blind or visually impaired people better
prepare themselves to be equal competitors for jobs in
the mainstream workplace?

Submit your quick response at
http://www.esight.org/forward.cfm?pid=40.
Do not reply to this e-mail.

Please pass along eSight's Blindstorming(tm)
to others.

How can you help overcome the lack of awareness among
employers about what blind and visually impaired
people can do at work? See a summary of your ideas
from last week's Blindstorming(tm) topic at
http://www.esight.org/index.cfm?x=1088.

Catch all Blindstorming(tm) topics, replies at
