Peter and all,
this fine example of ignorant "journalism?" demonstrates to me
that, as a colleague of mine says, soon disabled people are going
to be the most hated minority in the country.

Need I go through the obvious,?

there are a set of clear, easy to follow, and usually relatively
inexpensive standards for making the web accessible.

Particularly for simple "mom and pop" web sites, adding text and
so on usually makes for a better site for everyone if you do it
from the get go.

Either we are too think of the web as a better way to do many
things or we are not, they can't have it both ways.

As is so often the case these days, that "journalist?" did not do
its homework, just put out its opinion like it new what it was
talking about and caused harm.

A pax on all their houses.

Tom
