With all of the issues described here, I wonder that I was able to use
the site with little difficulty. This beggs the question of what is
accessibility. More or less accessible is not what I would call a clean
deffinition. useable perhaps but something really is accessible or it
is not accessible if you look at dictionary deffinitions. This idea of
a sliding scale of accessibility has on;ly recently reared its ugly
head. Take a ramp. is it accessible more or less to thepopulation of
its target?
I saw no evaluations done here. I do like the article though because it
was at least an attempt to get at the nuts and bolts of the situation.
I am curious though that this article had below it a seriese of image
links that had no meaning?
