Hi all,

I am looking for accessible information that can help me prepare a business
case for hiring people with disabilities.

An employer representitive, at a meeting I was attending as part of a
disability advocy group, said that if we wanted the organisation to increase
the percentage of staff with disabilities, then we would need to make a good
business case for that increase.

The organisation is quite large and it already meets all legal requirements,
but we are hoping to have the number of employees with disabilities
increased.

To that end, I am hoping someone can point me toward any documents,
articles, statistics, testomonials or whatever to help us prepare such a
business case to present to the board.

With many thanks in advance,
Paul from Australia
