Greetings:
We have a consumer who is using WinTac, a database for plumbing and air
conditioning businesses. Jaws is reading (alt tags I believe), or
instructions of what to enter in the various fields. (such as last name,
example Doe, etc.) Having to listen to these instructions, he is unable
to enter anything until the reading subsides, which decreases his
efficiency and frustrates the callers. We are able to disable the alt
tags and they do not show up when a mouse goes to the fields, however,
Jaws is still speaking the instructions. Has anyone ever used this
program? We are not well-versed in scripting and need some assistance.
Jaws actually reads too much information!
