These suits are totally ridiculous. I am definitely for enforcing the ADA,
but it is obvious that this guy is abusing the law. It really makes me
angry because these types of lawsuits make nondisabled people resentful of
the ADA, which should not be our goal. The goal should be equal access,
not trying to see how much money or publicity we can get out of it. This
guy should be stopped somehow. He makes all disabled people seem greedy,
which isn't true.
