Yes, USB cables are standard. You can add an extension cable with male and
female ends, OR just get a longer ..say 10 foot .... cable. But make note
of the connectors. On the actual cable the ends will be a different shape,
but on an extension they are the same shape except for the gender.
You should be able to find an extension, or a longer USB cable at just
about any PC supply outlet, such as, CompUSA, Office Max, Staples, etc. If
you want something beyond 10 feet try http://www.cyberguys.com/ or
